Dieter Steiger, Founder & President
Dieter Steiger, beteo founder, is visionary and the driving force giving the company its technical direction. He has more than 20 years of experience in Consulting. In his career he successfully created and led Cirrus Group.
As beteo’s Solution Architect he specializes on implementing consistent Change and Configuration Management solution in highly complex enterprise IT environments.
He has a degree in Business Administration and Information Management and is certified in SAP and ITIL.
Peter Helfentein, COO
With the team Peter as Chief Operations Officer (COO) implements and executes beteo’s consulting and software company business strategy. In a second role Peter also runs Collanos Software, a Swiss global start-up as it’s CEO. He has more than 20 years of experience with international software and consulting companies in multiple European countries, including, most recently, as Country Manager of Novell and Cambridge Technology Partners, Switzerland. Previously, he was General Manager Southern Europe for Kintana, Regional VP and Country Manager for Sterling Software and Knowledgeware in Germany, France and Switzerland and various management roles at IBM Switzerland. He has extensive experience in launching international start-up.
Marco Gerussi, Head of Consulting
Marco Gerussi is in charge of beteo’s consulting activity. He has 10 years of IT experience from roles in IT and in business departments. He is specialized in areas like Strategic and Operational Portfolio Management as well as Project and Program Management.
He has a degree in Information Management and is certified in ITIL, CISA and PMI.
