Go2Group just put out new jam 5.6 it has nested treeview of defects. fixed more bugs. They seem to take over this integration market for QualityCenter and JIRA. Many users and lots of action and features.

We use go2group JaM too.
We try for 5 month to do internally. Result is not what we want.
JaM connecting 3 multiple QC TD insance to one JIRA.
Also connect to Perforce and Subversion.
Just like other guy, I write becuse go2group have best support.
Product very easy installation. And cost is low, I can purchse using personal company credit card.
Now they do soem test for us.
The JaM can be configured easy. We just set our TD QC workflow and JIRA workflow and edit file to set custom field in JIRA. completed.
Easy.

Dear Artie

thanks for your advice for the go2group JaM QC-Jira Integration.

The time we started this project, this tool was not yet sophisticated enough and didn't met all the requirements for our customer. So we needed to implement an own flexible QC-Jira integration.

But its good to know, that there is now also another useful and easy to install tool available for future projects.

We use QC and JIRA in our shop. All the same headaches you can imagine.
We bought a product form go2group called JaM.
JaM connect both QC and JIRA, two way constant sync and replicaiton between issues, test cases, and bugs. It also handled our attachments and updates to status. We just set our workflows to what ever we wanted in QC/TD and JIRA.
Their support was fabulous.
JaM worked right out of the box with some minor configuration setup. Took us less than 30 minutes to set up and configure. And JaM cost less than $2,000. No consulting needed.
I am not a person who blogs or gives complements, but hats off.
We are also using their integration between ClearCase and JIRA. Tis one was cheap as well and easy to setup except I needed some help from our ClearCase admin, I am not much of a clear case guy. I am a Subversion/SVN Perforce guy.
