IT has enough work on their hands maintaining configuration of SAP systems for the business. I like Switchboard app (http://www.switchboardsite.com). It's a really simple, clean and intuitive solution that IT doesn't need to worry about maintaining since it follows an SaaS model. Helps get things done as opposed to worrying about how to configure another SAP solution. Managing change requests within SAP is a real pain.
